ECOWAS workshop in Abuja focuses on enhancing key performance indicators

In a bid to enhance organizational performance and improve accountability, the Directorate of Strategic Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation convened a three-day workshop from July 16-18.

The workshop brought together representatives from various institutions, agencies, and directors to finalize key performance indicators (KPIs) and streamline them into a more user-friendly and printable format.

The primary objective of the workshop was to edit and refine the existing KPI matrix, ensuring that it is easily understandable and practical for both staff and management.
