1. Egypt

Under President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Egypt has modernized its forces through technological advancements, especially in naval and air capabilities, and has forged strong international partnerships. 2. Algeria
Algeria, ranked 26th globally, has acquired advanced weaponry, such as the Russian Iskander-E ballistic missile system, strengthening its military position in North Africa.
