Kidpreneur Africa Founder, Juliet Vincent-Obi, honoured among Africa’s top 100 most influential people
In a proud moment for the continent, Juliet Vincent-Obi, the Founder and CEO of Kidpreneur Africa, has been recognised as one of the 100 Most Influential Persons in Africa.
The announcement was made yesterday in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Vincent-Obi shared her excitement on her Facebook page on Friday May 31, 2024.
She expressed her gratitude, describing the award as a significant milestone that acknowledges her contributions to the growth and development of Africa.
Her work through Kidpreneur Africa has been pivotal in inspiring and supporting young people across the continent.
She highlighted the upcoming Africa Kidpreneur Summit, set to be hosted in Botswana this year, with participants already confirmed from 11 African countries.
“I am deeply honoured to receive this Influential Person Award, which recognizes my efforts, dedication, and positive impact in empowering young people through Kidpreneur Africa,” Vincent-Obi wrote.
“This award is a testament to the value and impact of our programs and events, and I am humbled to be seen as a role model for others,” she added.
Vincent-Obi also took the opportunity to extend her appreciation to her Zimbabwean partner, Nelly Paulser, and her team at Kidpreneur Africa.
“I want to appreciate my Zimbabwean AWE sister and African Kidpreneur Summit Partner Nelly Paulser for standing in for me and receiving the same award. Congratulations to us!” she exclaimed.
