MMC fixes date to launch new media outlet, Bronx Post
The Muslim Media Corporation (MMC) has disclosed a plan to unveil its latest publication, the Bronx Post, debuting this May amidst National Small Business Month.
This initiative is a significant step towards accurately representing the rich diversity and vibrant spirit of the Bronx community.
Scheduled for release on Tuesday May 21, 2024, the Bronx Post aims to become a pivotal platform for Bronxites, offering a fresh lens on local issues and stories that often go untold.

The publication, an offshoot of MMC which also publishes Parkchester Times, New York Parrot, Africa Parrot, and Muslim Parrot, seeks to reshape narratives and elevate the voices of Bronx residents.
With a commitment to constructive journalism and objectivity, the mission of the Bronx Post is encapsulated by its slogan “Changing Reality, Changing Narrative.”
By spotlighting positive developments and celebrating cultural milestones within the borough, the Bronx Post aims to foster unity, understanding, and community pride.
The launch event, set to take place at the Khalil Halal Restaurant on McGraw Ave, will feature an impressive lineup of public officials, community leaders, and influential figures, including David Ahmed Coulibaly, Special Advisor and Director of Community Services at the Bronx Borough President’s Office, and Famod Konneh, Associate Commissioner at NYC Mayor’s Office of Community Affairs Unit, who will deliver the keynote address.
