President Faye on diplomatic mission to Praia, Conakry to strengthen regional ties
In a bid to foster stronger regional relationships and bolster bilateral cooperation, the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye, embarked on a two-day friendship and working visit to Praia, Cape Verde, and Conakry, Guinea, on May 24-25, 2024.
During his visit, President Faye is scheduled to hold high-level talks with his counterparts, José Maria Pereira Neves of Cape Verde and General Mamadi Doumbouya of the Republic of Guinea.
The discussions will focus on enhancing bilateral cooperation and subregional integration, with a particular emphasis on exploring new avenues for economic growth, cultural exchange, and strategic partnership.
