Dubai police sends 60 employees, retirees on spiritual journey to Mecca
Dubai Police has generously sponsored a group of 60 male and female employees and retirees for a 6-day trip to the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. This special itinerary, arranged and fully sponsored by the Force, aims to promote happiness and improve the quality of life among its employees.
Brigadier Ali Al Mansoori, Director of the General Department of Community Happiness, led the farewell ceremony at Dubai International Airport. He highlighted that this initiative was launched under the guidance of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police. The trip reflects the continuous efforts of Dubai Police to implement humanitarian initiatives that foster happiness and well-being.
1st Lieutenant Ahmed Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Head of the Islamic and Tolerance Affairs Section at the Security Awareness Department, further explained that this Umrah journey is part of the Force’s commitment to promoting happiness and enhancing the quality of life for its employees. These initiatives have a profound impact on the values and behavior of the employees, while also strengthening their religious motivation by enabling them to visit the Two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Medina.
