Banjul: Mayor Lowe extends heartfelt gratitude to delegation from Senegal for attending Serigne Amadou Bamba event

In a heartfelt message, the Mayor of Banjul, Malick Lowe, has expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to Serigne Affia Mbacke and his delegation from Touba, Senegal, for gracing the special occasion of Serigne Amadou Bamba in the capital city.

Mayor Lowe’s message reads, “My sincere thanks and appreciation go to Serigne Affia Mbacke and his delegation all the way from Senegal (Touba) to grace this special occasion of Serigne Amadou Bamba in the Capital city of Banjul.”


The event, which celebrated the life and legacy of Serigne Amadou Bamba, a revered spiritual leader, saw a significant turnout from both local and international attendees.

Lowe took the opportunity to commend the Ndure family of Perseverance Street and the event organizers for their meticulous planning and execution of the event.

She extended her congratulations to them, stating, “To the Ndure family of Perseverance Street and the organizers, I say congratulations for a well-organized event and a big thank you for the invitation.”

The mayor also expressed her gratitude to all attendees, invoking a prayer for their well-being and blessings. “To all the attendees, I pray that God rewards you abundantly,” she added.
